I offer calm, accepting online therapy across the UK for adults and young people who experience intense emotions, complex trauma, neurodivergence, psychosis-related experiences, or who have felt misunderstood in previous therapy As a DBT-informed and CFT-informed therapist, I offer a calm, steady and non-judgemental space where all parts of you are welcome, especially if previous therapy or mental health services have left you feeling misunderstood. I aim to help people improve their well-being and provide support for those with anxiety, BPD or EUPD traits, attachment or relationship challenges, emotional dysregulation, depression, psychosis-related experiences, addiction, grief, and long-standing family or relationship challenges. My approach is DBT-informed, CFT-informed, trauma-informed and non-pathologising, with a focus on helping people who have often felt misunderstood in previous therapy or mental health services.
